We started the year in the studio, shooting The Fellaz in Studio B and their spring and summer tour photos.
Then we moved outside, into the cold, wet snow with Adam Moen, That Mental Health Guy who’s revamping his mental health support app “Weebow” in 2020.
In March, June, and October we had our biggest shoots of the year for Once Upon A Child and captured smiles, skips, and so much cuteness for this MN-based kids company. It may just be the cutest, happiest 3 times of the year!
We also styled and produced an incredibly fun fashion show at the Twin Cities Auto Show in March, bringing our talents to the Convention Center for a grand and luxurious afternoon.
April brought us a few new faces and one big Celebration! We welcomed Sam Whillock, Emily Stock, and Christy Holt to the team, followed quickly by Brittany Chaffee. Soon after that, we spend our weekend with MN royalty at Paisley Park for the annual Prince Celebration. We interviewed his friends, family, and collaborators, captured social media content, and met the late star’s biggest fans.
In June, we went on a quiet walk with David Motzenbecker, a certified forest therapy guide who inspired us to slow down, stop, and take in what’s around us. We did our best to quietly tell his story and inspire others to find stillness in nature.
June also brought a Treefort engagement! Alisa & Adam are getting married in June 2020.
We showed Minneapolis owners and makers some love in August, producing a short video Anywhere Apparel as they made a jacket for none other than John Mayer and one for vintage curators Carousel and Folk, the cutest second-hand shop you ever did see.
The last quarter brought us back into the studio to set up the space for our creative friends and their endeavors, which included tutorials, headshots, a music video, a promo launch, and an end of the year dance party. Soon, the studio will be open for you too!
